If you get a subpoena to testify in court, MCC will give you time off to be a witness. If you are summoned to be a witness for MCC or if we ask you to testify, we will give you time off with pay.

If you have to go to court to be a witness for someone other than MCC, we will give you time off without pay. You may also use any available paid leave benefits you have, such as vacation, to be paid for any unpaid time off you have to take.

If you need to get time off to be a witness, show the subpoena to your supervisor as soon as you receive it. We expect you to report for work whenever you are not needed in court.
