Paydays

All employees are paid biweekly on every other Friday. Each paycheck includes pay for all work performed through the end of the previous payroll period.

If a payday falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the last work day before that payday.

If you are going to be on vacation on a payday, you can get your earned pay before you leave. You must first ask your supervisor in writing at least two weeks before you leave.

MCC has a direct deposit program. Direct deposit means that we will deposit your pay directly into your bank account if you authorize it. On paydays, instead a check, you will get a statement explaining how much you were paid and all the details.
