We provide the opportunity to qualify for incentive compensation to employees in the following employment classifications:

Under this policy, any employee that serves an active role in advancing agency goals and objectives as a program team member may be eligible to receive budgeted incentive compensation for achieving milestones and/or production goals as set forth by management and approved by the Board of Directors.
Receipt of incentive compensation
does not create an obligation for MCC to grant future incentive compensation
awards.
