CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Our customers are very important to us. Every employee represents MCC to customers and the public. Our customers judge all of us by how we treat them. One of the highest priorities at MCC is to help any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful to customers.
We will provide customer relations and services training to all employees who have frequent customer contact. If a customer wants to make a specific comment or a complaint, you should direct the person to your Program Director for appropriate action. Your contacts with the public, your telephone manners, and any communications you send to customers reflect not just on you but also on the professionalism of MCC.
